Microblading is a semi permanent makeup treatment which is completed using a hand tool containing small blades and a semi permanent pigment.

I only use the highest quality products when working on my clients to ensure the best results. I use Brow Daddy’s Gold Collection pigments to achieve these results.

The blade is dipped into the specially selected and high quality pigment with a colour to match the clients brows. Then it is drawn across the brow area to deposit the pigment into the dermis layer ensuring that the colour and hairstrokes created will last on the brows. The treatment is semi permanent so will fade over time and require top ups as the skin absorbs the pigment. The fading is natural looking and the hairstrokes will still be visible but in a lighter shade hence the need for a top up. 

So what happens before, during and after the treatment?

Before the microblading procedure, I will first ensure that you are fully aware of the nature of the treatment as it is semi permanent. We will then discuss what you want to get out of this treatment, for example adding thickness to your brows, enhancing or completely changing your brow shape, or simply making your brows stand out more with a darker colour. 

Once this is done we will work on mapping out a shape for your new brows. This is done using facial mapping techniques with a calliper and inked string. This is the most important stage and sometimes the most time consuming as it is vital that you, the client, are 100% satisfied with your new shape. 

Once the shape is perfected we can begin to select the colour pigment that will suit your brows best, to do this we will look at your natural brow colour, your skin tone and undertones and also how you love to draw on your brows usually. After the mapping is complete we will remove any hair outside of the shape and then apply a numbing cream to the area to ensure that the experience is pain free. 

Now we can begin the procedure! Taking time to carefully place natural looking individual hair strokes by hand to create the perfect full brows. Once this is done your new brows will be ready! I will thoroughly clean all remaining pigment off the brows and apply a thin layer of aftercare healing cream. You will receive your own sachet of aftercare cream to take home to ensure the healing process is successful to preserve these beautiful brows! 

After around 6 weeks you will require your touch up after the brows have fully healed, this is to fill in any area of the brows that didn’t hold the pigment or have come off with scabbing. 
The aftercare of the brows is so important in ensuring you have the best healed results! You will receive a full aftercare instruction form, along with your aftercare cream, guiding and instructing you about the healing procedure and how to ensure your brows stay gorgeous!
